ReTHINK : Manager vs Leader

This is one of the topic that was brought up during the "Leadership" training for managerial level recently. It is a hard truth that lead to heated argument. Leadership and management are two distinctive and complementary systems of action It not the question of deviating to which traits.
Most corporations today are over-managed and underled. They need to develop their capacity to exercise leadership. No matter what is the argument, the 1st step is to distinguish the difference between both rather than to dismiss the difference at all.
