Know the rules well, so you can break them effectively

The seeds of failure are planted all too early in our lives. As often as not thay come in the form of phrases that few of us would find objectionable :

" Do as you told"
"No you are wrong"
"This is the right answer"
"Don't make mistakes"
"Dont break the rule"

As a young child, wanting to please, we respond dutifully. And deep with the fertile soil of our innocense the seeds of our greatest potential, which we inherited at birth not fully blossomed and worst still died off, rotting away deep within, giving birth to anger, frusration, low-esteem and pain.Blind obedience with no effort to ReTHINK what we had been told. Too often we let others to define us. We live with the noise of other people thinking, sinking our inner voice. Voices that know enough what we shall become.

I posted Charlie Chaplin's speech in geniustribes.com before. Perhaps he was right, we have shut ourselves in.Shut ourselves by the rules that drawn by others.
We have developed speed, but we have shut ourselves in. Machinery that gives abundance has left us in want. Our knowledge has made us cynical; our cleverness hard and unkind. We think too much and feel too little. More than machinery, we need humanity. More than cleverness, we need kindness and gentleness. Without these qualities life would be violent and all will be lost

Here is an inspiring Entrepreneurs magazine editor's note that caught my attention which in return i would like to bounce this to our tribes.
